Dark Hollow's signature recipe is their Dark Sauce, it is a sweet sauce with it's own unique flavor.
Not a salsa or a barbeque, not quite oriental - extremely versitile! Dark Hollow Sauces are outstanding and popular sauces that is has been a favorite for many years. It is a sweet dip and marinade that is called simply Dark Sauce after its deep cranberry color. So far, we've found nothing like it! The name, Dark Hollow refers to what is called a 'holler' in the hills of the West Virginia.
